The staff were all amazingly nice and gentle. The hotel was in an excellent and beautiful position near to nice café's and restaurants, and ferries, bus, tram and the best Hamam in Istanbul. European Side district was worth visiting.

This was a really great stay of 6 nights. Everyone who worked there was kind. the rooms were exceptional with a street-side view, felt like home. A personal safe, climate control, and a minibar were provided. the breakfast was satisfactory, the check-in was early. the location was marvelous for me, in the Karakoy neighborhood. It was also not far from restaurants and bars, all touristic and entertainment venues and cafes, restaurants, food stands, bars.

Moreover, the hotel is just a stone's throw away from the tramway station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city.
